Refund and Return

 Refunds can be issued in the following cases:

- You have problems with item(s) and they cannot be solved by our support team.

- If the same item has been ordered more than one time by mistake.

- The product is un-opened (if shrink-wrapped or sealed the product must still be sealed); Does not show any signs of wear or usage.

- Purchaser pays for return shipping costs on all products, refunds are made minus an administrative charge of $50.00

Refunds can be processed within one week (this is a minimal period). As you should know, money transfers between the banks takes time (5-8 business days), so, please, be patient.
